On Arrival in Barbados

At Grantley Adams Airport the immigration hall is well organised and waiting to pass immigration takes around 15 minutes which is good for a Caribbean island!

Once through there you will find there are 3 baggage carousels. Having picked up all your bags it can be helpful to use one of the baggage handlers who will get you through Customs more speedily than on your own. They expect BDS$2 (US$1) per bag.

Transfers from the airport will have been arranged with yourselves through the agent prior to your arrival. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes and often you go on the back roads which gives you a real feel for the island.

A representative from the agents will meet you at Barolo along with our housekeeper, Sonya.
